For me it's pretty much everything Fenris says in Act III. What a filthy, idiotic, hypocrite. And I'm not even talking about his sister being a mage. I'm talking about the fact that he blames and hates an inanimate force for the things done to him. Magic mages as a whole didn't do jack to him, he was enslaved by a
person. If his hatred had been directed where it was deserved (the Imperium, slavers, and Danarius), I wouldn't have thought him an idiot, or a hypocrite for wanting to enslave others. I so enjoyed killing him. In fact, he went down like a chump, I killed him before he got a single hit off (yay, cone of cold freeze).
However, the one time I actually wanted to reach through my monitor and beat a companion to death was when Sebastian suggested to Fenris that they turn in Merrill and Anders to the templars. And he wanted to draw straws to decide who would do it! Coward. If I had really been Hawke at that moment, I would have turned around and slit his throat right there in the middle of the Hightown market. Ironically, that's the only moment I was pleased with Fenris, because he told Sebastian he was on his own if he wanted to be an idiot and turn in Hawke's friends.
Finally, I laughed in Sebastian's face when he threatened to bring an army from Starkhaven to raze Kirkwall because I spared Anders. He spent years trying (and failing) just trying to decide whether to return or stay. He's no threat, he doesn't have the stones, and can't do anything for himself anyway.
