I redeemed my Black Emporium, but it doesn't show up when I start the game, and of course it won't let me redeem again. I can't find that it was downloaded anywhere.
I purchased The Exile Prince. Again, it took my "money" but there is no download that I can find, and when I start the game it does not show as being available.
Where can I look for these downloads? Would they be an exe file on my hard-drive? If so, under what headings? Thanks.

Check under your profile here on the website for your registered game content. You will need to choose the info link and then download and install them manually.
