Extract to Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age 2 (retain directory structure), alternatively, drop additem.erf into Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age 2\\packages\\core\\patch.
Open console:
runscript additem <item name> [count]
.uti extension is not necessary, but it will work if you do include it.
ie:
runscript additem fake_im_arm_hlm_hvy_champ
runscript additem fake_im_arm_hlm_hvy_champ.uti
runscript additem fake_im_arm_hlm_hvy_champ 1
runscript additem fake_im_arm_hlm_hvy_champ.uti 20
Full list of items you can add with this script.

Unfortunatley there will never be a way to show the console without external hooks/code rewriting, Dragon Age 2 does not have any way to make the console visible (at least of the initial version, don't know about the patch).Cambios wrote...
This mod's greatness illustrates how badly we need a way to make it so we can see what we are typing in the console.

Edited this post because I found what I was looking for, didn't need to spawn it already had it lol.
Sword of Mercy, What runes would be best to put on my champion armour for a warrior?

Awesome! Does anyone know the codes in there for the Companion's alternate armors? They look alot better in some cases and I was hoping we could nab 'em.

Try one of these out I cant be bothered and am going to bed but could be companion armours and there are four of each which makes sense.
