I've had the game two weeks (XBox360), playing it religously, and no character data has even been uploaded to my "social" profile.  No achievements, no character, nothing...

So what exactly do I have to do in order for this to work?

Make sure your registered here and on the EA site. make sure youhave accounts at EA, here, and on the BIOWARE site...



Then connect to XLB, connect to the DA servers, change some gear on your characte3r, save and hope.

This site has all six of my characters but only two have portraits. It is missing many of my achievements and some of my levels.

Bother the site technical staff about refreshing the character profile cache

I think the xbox 360 uploads are just really bugged. PC users seem to have better luck.



I'd just give up and not worry about it. Maybe when DA:O 2 launches these issues will be fixed.

I've had a similar problem. None of my characters have ever shown up, at all. However all my Achievements have shown up, some shortly after I get them, it even shows an Achievement that doesn't actually exist on the Xbox, one for 50 kills using Arrow of Slaying. I could see if the standard achievements were being pulled from say, Xbox.com. But then how would it know about the 50 Arrow of Slaying kills? There has to be some link between my saves on the Xbox and Bioware. So why characters, ever? There is something seriously broken here. Hopefully a patch to come soon for the Xbox (maybe it will fix DEX/daggers for rogues too, am I hoping too much?)

None of my achievements even show up. As far as this site is concerned, I don't have an xbox character at all, even though I've been playing a single character over 50 hours. I obviously have an account here, since I'm able to post. I've had an EA account for years... And I have an XBox Live account. But still no character shows up regardless.



So how does the game, or even this site know what my ea.com account is? How does it know what my xbox live account is? How do they all get tied together?

Not sure how the 360 version works but you sign into it when you launch the game (its on the main screen in the bottom left hand side). People across all platforms have been having the character upload issue. Bioware's frontiers, our moderators, are pawning it off on user error when it is quite obviously not. Maybe they'll fix it, or maybe another company will go on my **** list along with Activision for their subpar support on Prototype.

I'm a level 20 Mage and I'm almost done with the game. The site still shows that she's Level 1. It's been 3 damn weeks. I got fed up and just logged out of the servers. What's the point anyway? This social site is so busted. I wish they didn't force us all in here. I would rather use the old DA forums.

I have to drag my TV halfway across the apartment to connect to Xbox Live, but I was planning to do it soon so I can change my avatar to show my City Elf Rogue. If there's a good chance it still won't work...gah!
