Okay I notice two/three so far.

Avveline = Red
Carver = Lil Hawke
Merrill = Daisy


I'm only on my secound playthrough and about to finsh first act with my Mage.  Haven't seen a list of the nick names yet.  Any one cauaght the others.  Only thing that made me think of it was Av called him out cause he didn't have a nickname for her and he said, "how about red."

That's the first thing I thought of when I heard Varric's nickname for Anders.

He seems to just call Fenris "elf" but Fenris calls Varric "dwarf" so I guess it's fair, lol. Varris also likes to remark on how broody Fenris is all the time too.
