I imported my save in which Alistair was made king and Nathaniel survived in awakening and yet I didn't receive any of the missions where we can meet Alistair and Nathaniel in Act 3. My importing save was from the Witch Hunt. I know that there isn't any choice from the DAO DLC that was imported in DA2 but shouldn't my awakening and origins choice still be applicable?
Does someone know why this is happening or did it happen to anyone?

You will recieve a letter from King Alistair early in act 3 to meet him at Vicount's Keep.
From what I've heard, Nathaniel's appearance it tied to your decision about the Architect in Awakening. If you let the Architect live, you will find his sister Delihlah in frong of the Chantry and recieve a quest. I've also heard that it's bugged, though, and she might not show.

No, Architect alive isn't necessary but Nate is bugged. I killed the Architect and the bug with Nate was that he is under the impression I let him live (I used my same Queen Cousland Import for both games). I got the letter to meet King Alistair (and Teagan) in Act 3 and I met with Delilah in the chantry courtyard to trigger Nate's quest.

@vigna Did Nathaniel survived in Awakening? Did your save come from Awakening or any of the DLC?
Delilah doesn't appear in the chantry courtyard and I did not receive any letter from Alistair. I don't know why this is happening. If anyone find out, please let me know. I'll import a save from Awakening for the next playthrough just in case this is the reason why I can't receive those quests.

About Alistair's encounter, one of the prerequisite is to have completed the quest On the loose. After completing the quest, I received the letter from Alistair.
About Nathaniel, I've done the quest Fool's gold, so it's pretty sure I won't receive Finding Nathaniel. Some people said that doing Fool's gold cause Finding Nathaniel not to appear while I read that Fool's gold will appear if Nathaniel died in Awakening, thus making Nathaniel's quest impossible to appear. One way or the other, I won't see Nathaniel in this playthrough.
@ziloe, errant_knight and sylvanaerie and the guide i've read seem to indicate that you meet Delilah in the Chantry courtyard.

Yeah I was wondering if the Architect dissension was was a bug. Well, I hope this means a patch will be made to fix this.
