After A new path quest Questioning beliefs doesn't even show up. Whats going on?

other people are having this problem, me included.
I guess a patch is necessary, also, don't flirt with Isabela, that might help in the mean time...

damn, so the "solution" I was going to try just flew out of the window... then I guess only a patch can help us.
But we are not alone, others have pointed out this error before, lets hope Bioware acts quickly...
