So everything I've read online says that you find the Silver-Threaded
Dalish Embroidery upgrade at the top of the Sundermount graveyard path -
and I can't seem to find it anywhere - I've been running around holding
down tab and I'm not seeing anything. There's a dragon corpse that I
left behind from my earlier visit but not much else.
Anyone know how to find these?
Looking for one of Merrill's armor upgrades (Act 2)

I think one of her upgrades is on the Dalish craftsman. Sorry I know that's not helping but that's the only one I found in game for her, so I never found the one atop the mountain either.

If you find an upgrade, it's added automatically to that person's outfit whether or not they were in your party at the time.
The only thing I can suggest is to inlcude Merrill in your party, hit "I" for inventory, choose Merrill and look at the small green rectangles located under her outfit, It might tell you what has been upgraded so far.

Its not that one, I already have all of the ones you can buy - I didn't even realize I was missing it till I checked a list of them on the wiki.
I've done some googling for it and haven't found anything that contradicted it yet, but nothing that confirmed it either, so maybe they just meant its in Act 3 maybe?
Wish I knew, this is going to drive the OCD completionist in me nuts

It's at the same region where you first go up the mountain with Merrill in Act 1 to do the thing with the altar.
From the elven camp, go up the right fork of the mountain and go into Sundermount Caverns. Part of the way through there is a door that leads to the Graveyard Path. You have to go all the way to the top and it was in a pile of bones, I think.
