I transfered a save file to DA2 in where my Warden killed the Architect in Awakening and disapered with Morigan in Witch Hunt.

In DA2 Nathaniel pointed out that my Warden spared the Architect and Alister mentioned that he would be expecting to see the Warden soon. Did I accidently transfer the wrong file or are these glitches.
