I have Dragon Age Origins on the Xbox 360. When I created my Dragon Age
EA account it was assigned with my gamertag which at the time was
PinkF0xx, since then I changed my gamertage to ThePinkFoxx through
XboxLIVE. The email address stayed the samed but the username/gamertag
changed. Having done this my DA account is now still linked to my
original gamertag and will not update any of my statistics or allow me
to make changes to my account such as character deletion etc. When I try to access profile diagnostics it comes up with
'invalid persona/game combination"
and when I try to delete a character it says
" Unable to connect to the on-line storage server. "

Having
this problem has affected my DLC and I'm worried it will affect the
transition of my character/profile to Dragon Age 2.

Previous gamertag:
PinkF0xx
Recent Gamertag: ThePinkFoxx

Carmall_d@hotmail.com
is the email/ea account assigned to both. PinkF0xx was changed to
ThePinkFoxx through Microsoft on XboxLIVE, but my details on
social.bioware.com are still coming up with it being associated with
PinkF0xx.

In the Dragon age player profile view (http://social.biowar...&nid=2286016639)
under the incorrect gamertag 'PinkF0xx' it says 'click here to view the
users other player profiles' and when you click on it it comes up with
the correct gamertag. Clicking on this link for the correct gamertag
'ThePinkFoxx' does not take you to a different page containing a profile
for this gamertag, it simply reloads the same previous page with the
incorrect gamertag. (pictures example4 and example5)

Please somebody help me I'm getting desperate, it's very frustrating.
I tried copntacting EA on numerous occasions via live chat and when I did get a responce I got told that they couldn't help me and that they would 'escalate the problem' and I should expect an email from the supervisor. I'm still waiting. Is this a social.bioware issue or an EA issue?

If you go to your EA profile, does your new Gamertag appear under your personas? If not, try adding it manually. If that doesn't work, get hold of EA live support again and explain to them that you would like your new Gamertag associated with your profile.

Yes it does, my correct (new) gamertag ThePinkFoxx comes up as my gamertag persona.

Have you tried adding the gamertag "PinkF0xx" on the EA profile page persona section?

Was your gamertag renamed? Or did you get an entirely new account? And have you played Origins since using your ThePinkFoxx gamertag?

I renamed my pre-existing gamertag, and I have played DA:O since then, yes :)
