I get the other stuff like Lothering's Lament and The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall, but no weapon..... can anyone help me

I logged in my account through the demo, the Hayder's Razor shows in my redeem promo code page, but when I check my registered game content page, I cant find the Hayder's Razor to be found anywhere in the page. Does anyone know whats wrong?

On your Bioware account (meaning the account you're on RIGHT NOW) go to Profile >>> Your registered game content. Make sure this account is connected to the account you play Dragon Age with.

no it doesnt, it says dragon age II in big red texts, then I go back to the main menu. kinda weird, and it logs me off is that normal, when I start the demo I always log in. idk. Though I suspect the demo wasnt fully downloaded or was corrupted, Im uninstalling it, and going to reinstall it later

I had the same problem, but when I read the conditions of the reward, the demo had to be completed before the release date of the main game to claim reward. Haven't checked since I bought the game though, maybe it's changed now.
