Along with the posting of #2, They also posted the following message on the facebook page.

"Thanks to your support, we have Arrived at our goal, As a token of gradtitude,  I'm releasing another screenshot. Will there be another one Arriving tomorrow? That's up to you. 750,000 impressions is the goal!"

Let's do this!

This is really a campaign to draw attention away from the failure of DA2 and to burry criticism of it under Mass Effect posts.

This is actually a really good marketing strategy lol. They spend basically no money and still get the name out while sating our sating our ravenous hunger for anything mass effect related haha

I can appreciate you are disappointed with DA 2 but any chance people could stop bringing it up in the ME 2 section ?

As for the TC's question, no one really knows the answer.  I would have to say 750,000 impressions seems like a hell of a lot to me but then this whole face book malarky is over my head.  It doesn't help that we can't even see how many "impressions" it has either.

So all we can do is hope for the best, spread the word where we can and who knows maybe we might just get lucky.  I will say this though it will be curious to see if they with hold the picture just because they didn't get enough impressions and I wonder what the fan response would be :P

People were demanding screenshots. This is a happy thing.

I just don't understand why they are treating this dlc like an actual full game. I don't remember them doing this much secretive bs for any of the other dlc's.

The first screenshot was nowhere near 750,000 impressions by the time they released the second; it was only retweeted 1,000+ times.

For all we know this DLC could easily be the size of a proper expansion pack. Probably wishful thinking, but I for one would love to see this. I miss the days when games had actual expansions instead of nothing but DLC. Throne of Bhaal is by far and away superior to any DLC I've encountered to date. Granted that doesn't take much when the majority of DLC is frankly content that should have been in the game when it shipped, any of the armour and weapons come immediately to mind, or at the very minimum included with the Cerberus Network. If I'm paying I want proper content, things like Bring Down the Sky, Lair of the Shadow Broker, Kasumi, and Overlord.

You never know how big this DLC could potentially be. It could start a several hour long campaign for all we know. *inhales* cant wait

I bet YOU that it won't be as big as you would like.

To the Office lover, that's what she said.

Please keep personal opinions and off-topic discussions in the appropriate forum. Also, remind yourself that the department working on ME 3 is not the department that made DA 2.

If you do your part? Come on man, it's a media stunt. It's not going to fail. You think Bioware's going to set up some promotional event that could fail due to lack of interest, and embarass them? They're going to post pictures regardless.
