I set Anders to activate Arcane Shield and Pana-something (cant read blurry text) I have both of those activate powers set for him to use for "Enemy:Any" Now will having the two set for the same circumstance cancel eachother out? Or will he activate both?
Activating two shield powers at the same time?

Should work. I usually just use Self:Any for the abilities I want on constantly.

If you choose self:Any does it activate whenever you encounter enemies? Or do you have to put Enemy:Any?

Self:Any works. The char will activate those abilities at the start of any battle. I prefer to activate them manually before the battles though (as in all the time). The sustained abilities stay on as you move from area to area.
