 I've looked this up in the past, and most people I've heard say "Never happened to me", or "Happened a couple times then stopped", but so far, every minute or so into dialogue, and it will freeze. I restart, try again, and freezes a couple seconds past that piece of dialogue. It eventually works, but the next piece of dialogue I get frozen again. (SADFHSDFHSETFHSE)

Is this unavoidable? Should I wait a bit and try again? Should I wait for a patch? Is there already a solution?

A couple of questions are you playing online? Are you logged into a bioware account? I recommend turning off the auto-save feature as well as the 'transmit data' option in the options at the title screen.

Or try playing offline.

 Yes, I believe it was online. I'll try turning that off, thanks! (And probably auto-save too).

I hope it helps, I've only had 2 freezes so far so it might not help I'm ps3 also.

This is news noone likes to hear but it might also be your PS3 is on its way out. Hopefully not, but this is one reason I prefer PC gaming to consoles - more control over what parts I put in and I can easily modify my system to prevent it from having these issues. Overheating and freezes coming with it are all too common with current-gen consoles (excluding the Wii).
