What things are bugged at the moment?

Seems like Maker's Sigh potion is bugged, which makes me stop my playthrough at the moment, because I was planning to convert my Hawke to a tank before I continued (Aveline ruins all the fun).

I've read elsewhere that the rogue skills Goad and Armistice don't even work, but that may be for console versions.  Anyone else hear of anything else bugged in this game?
