I've played through till the Urn of Sacred Ashes completion and all of a sudden I've noticed that some of my equipment, e.g. Executioners Helm, Redcliffe Shield, is visible in the character screen, however, it's not on my character while in game.

Otherwise, this game is unbelievably FANTASTIC!!!\\
