This is not PS3-Specific, but I didn't know where else to post it exactly. I have a previous post about this in the companion forum, but I figured I might as well post it here as an actual bug.
If you talk with the grand cleric with sebastion in your party and you keep asking about the Qunari(During the Act 2 quest chain) and then telling her she's useless, he'll gain 5 rivalry. You can continue to do this until he's a full rival.
This has apparently been confirmed for the PC, and I personally confirmed it for PS3.
