Stunned status doesn't appear to be working right (or the game is cheating, not sure which)

So, it's right at the beginning where you're fighting the Ogre (the second time). First thing I did was have my Rogue Hawke use Poison Bomb on the Ogre to stun it. The Ogre, while I was doing my attack animation, started to go into his attack animation to charge me. When my attack hit, the Ogre got stunned but he proceeded to continue the attack animation and attack me while he was stunned.

Here's my photographic evidence:

You can see the blue text there that shows he is stunned. I think those dots trailing behind him is also part of the stun effect.

This is a reproducable effect. This is one of the reasons why I bumped the difficulty down to normal because this kept happening making me die quite vigorously.

So what do you think? Is it a bug or is Hard Mode cheating? <_<

So, posting this here means someone on the Dev team will see it or someone will pass it on to the Dev team or I can get some kind of word one way or another what is going on here?

On Hard Mode I thought he is immune to stun?

If you stun it while it has already started its dash attack it will continue regardless. The only thing that stops the effect is the fortitude check.

As for devs seeing issues, yes, we do in fact read everything even if it doesn't get responded to. Sometimes we simply skim issues and say "Yep, we've got that down already" and then move on to the next one; other times I go out of my way to respond and leave a bit of information or inane quip for no reason - all depends on my mood when reading the threads :)

The miasmic flask hit the Ogre before it started to actually charge, but it was beginning it's pre-charge animation. Not sure if that is part of the actual dash attack or not, but that's why I assumed Miasmic Flask would interrupt it. Because in my viewpoint the attack hadn't actually happened yet.
