Best thing about Merril is her Welsh accent. I'm not sure she's the only one with a Welsh accent where all the others have Irish accents - I think I did first meet her when I was drunk in real life, I'm ashamed to admit, so I may have missed something. But anyway, every game would be improved by at least one Welsh accent. Either the lyrical female one or the more manic male one, like Nige from the old British TV show Vids.

My Sarcastic Female Rogue ended up with Merill and Isabella I think.....Merrill moved in with her and my Hawke told Isabella that she loved her (she told Merrill the same), Isabella asked Hawke (and Merrill) to go off with her on her new ship.

Being Welsh myself and actually knowing Eve Myles (they film Torchwood where I live). It's kind of thrilling and just a bit odd at the same time.

Merril was almost the last thing I did in chapter 1, but she's been a fixture in my party since then.

its just my personal opinion but merrill is the best LI in DA2 she is just soo cute and adorable its unreal but you just cant resist *gets out note book and starts planing a contraption to make merrill real*

I don't think the nude character model to elves looks right. There's something distinctly off about it in the neck and shoulders area.

Apparantly I totally suck at this. My Merrill is pretty much indifferent towards my Hawke.
