Ok, i don't know if it is at all possible to keep the three romances (Morrigan, Leliana, and Zevran) going on at one time, however I have hit a road block sort of recently.
I have come to a point that if i talk to either Leliana or Zevran one will ask me to choose between the two of them, breaking up with the other. And they magically find out even if they're not around. I have already done Leliana's personal quest, I do not know if there is one for Zevran.
Currently Morrigan is not yet in love with me, however I have not visited the Circle of Magi yet to give her her black grimoire or whatever. I also have the Golden Mirror, which I hear you can give to her after break up and she will romance you again. Also, note that I haven't come up on her personal quest to kill Flemeth.
Is there anything I can do, or any suggestion anyone has, to maybe break up with one of them in hopes of getting back together, or what? I'm STUCK!
PLEASE HELP WITH ROMANCES!

As far as I know, you eventually have to choose one and there's no getting around it. Leliana is bugged enough that you might beable to start a romance with her again, but it will be a bug and therefore not predictable. I'm fairly sure that if you break up with Zevran, that will be it.

It's possible to maintain multiple romances simultaneously, but it's horrendously complicated and potentially causes some bugs in the endgame. My recommendation is to break up with one of them.

I feared that much.
However, with the Golden Mirror my friend was able to break up with Morrigan for Leliana, and the gave the mirror to Morrigan and she romanced him again- to which Leliana was perfectly fine with. So, effectively, he is in a relationship with both girls.
Zevran, however, I should mention is long broken up with him. I was hoping to prevent that occurance.
Also note that Leliana is NOT hardened.

Right, so, I don't know how exactly I did it- but I am successfully in a relationship with all three companions. Hooray.
