Remember, the Warden is not necessarily missing, in some games the Warden is dead. I don't think you're likely to get any Warden/Champion crossover content in any DLC due to that, they have to write the story such that it can accommodate the possibility that the Warden is dead.

if there is an expansion to da2 i hope it is better then awakening- as that felt very lacking to me personally.

It better focus on that damn thaig. It's older than the Memories, they had some kind of crazy powerful lyrium unlike anything anyone's ever seen, and it demands the most explanation from anything in the game.

Barring that, the Arishok promised his people would return.....

I think we will get one, the story ended too abruptly for us not to, as for what the dlc will be about, my money is on what ChloeRion said, it will probably be about how Hawke's companions each left and went their seperate ways

I would really, really like it to... expansions are much better than DLC... but I would guess we won't.

I'd love an expansion. Is it horrible I've devoured the game twice and I'm already eagerly awaiting the announcement of whatever comes next?

So many questions left unanswered, and I doubt we'll get answers for any of them......ever.

I'd assume there will be at least 1 expansion, and a few pieces of DLC that won't do anything to satisfy our curiosities. Maybe a couple new party members, maybe a couple old party members (that'd be kinda cool), and a chance to traverse the same sewers in darktown and caves in the boneyard that we all have so many times already.

With that being said, my theory for an expansion is the return of the Qunari to Kirkwall and the struggle that ensues as Varrick and a team of inferior characters drive them from the city...Just seems cleaner that way, eh?

about a dead warden that means nothing look at flemeth surely she knew he/she may die as the means to kill the archdemon would be clear to her for all you know she may have taken a piece of the warden and be able to bring them bakc like she does in DA2 for herself.

nevertheless the bioware writers can work miracles and i f they must bring the warden back for and they will perhaps an expansion could be about hawke joining the warden an all will be made clear.

I hope we get an expansion kind of like Awakenings, only because I like that it came in cd form because I don't buy any dlc. I really hope it continues with this story and doesn't through us somewhere else with different characters though, like what Awakenings did.

That technically doesn't count if you did Amgarrak and Witch hunt, as Amgarrak requires you to have been contected in some way by the dwarves, while in Witch Hunt you'll explicitly mention the King's/Queen's scouts having helped you get to where you are.

Really the whole timeline is a little messed up, as Witch hunt supposedly takes place 2 years after Origins, but if the Blight was stopped in less than a year, that would mean the Warden disspeared by year 3, which make even less sense when Alistair mentions that the warden should have returned to Denerim in year 7.

If the expansion pack actally makes me want to search everywhere in the game instead of looking at the same ****ing levels all the time then i realy hope there is an expansion, it would give me a reason to play again and see some cool stuff i missed

i hope they make a new expansion showing where the heck hawke decided to run off to..major cliffhanger...when/if they make dragon age III make it to where if your warden is alive then make it to where you can import..and if anything make it online to where if someone has a warden and you have a hawke you want make it to where you can play it together...just saying

no, it'll just a get a slightly bigger DLC that's marketed as an expansion. some 15 hours of content with a 39.99 price tag.

Obvius, the have too mani things open with this ending, they surely do a expansion or a massive dlc to end this story and game.
Act 3 is only a prelude to a expansion, not a ending, in fact, act 3 dosn't end nothing.

Of course we'll see a DLC or two. DA2 story is as short as it could be. It feels like barely finishing Act 1.

Same here, just started my third run! Hope the next EP is longer than Awakening was. I want more .

I bet some of those silly Alternative Outfit Packs from ME2 make up DLC and if the game had been released earlier, I've no doubt we'd have the sequel to the only DA:O DLC I didn't buy, Feastday Gifts.
