Ok I completed the Isabella regrets quest in the hanged man and now I seem to be having a problem starting her companion quest No Rest for the Wicked. 

Isabella is in my house,
standing in front of my writing desk next to the storage chest, with a
Exclamation point above her head like she has a quest for me but when i
go to talk to her, all she says is one of her one liners, instead of giving me the quest.

Anyone else having this issue?

Im guessing when you walked in a quest for your dog fired? You should be able to go do some other mission and come back and it should resolve itself. It's a known issue caused by the Dog quest superseding Isabela's.

If it wasn't that, let me know and I'll investigate further

nope wasn't that though i did check the dog and no cut scene there to supersede it. and just finished Best Served cold, and Fenris's Mercy blade Gift CS, went back and she's still standing there, spouting random banter when i speak to her, also my writing desk now has the Exclamation point over it as well that won't go away even after I accepted K-C Meredith's letter, to start The Final Straw.

Also nothing more left for me to do but that isabella quest and finish the game... /cry

so many glitches - no offense to bioware and EA... but me thinks they need to increase their Game Tester staff LOL !
or get one instead of making us do it then complain about it till they put out the patch... but thats a rant for another time :-P ... sorry games just got the beta testing feel to it atm
