Unless you got charged for 2 copies by accident when you only ordered one, then what you just did is fraud, or at least it will get you burned in the long run.
Also bank/creditcard-chargebacks are all nice and well, but do keep in mind if you do this to a store or company, they tend to hate you for it, since they are the ones that have to pay back both the money you charged back PLUS additional bank fees. Some companies will take offense at this and block your account or refuse to do business with you again in the future (Steam for example will not hesitate to ban the account with all your games on it if you do a chargeback them).
This is why it's advisable to always try your utmost to get a refund from the store or company without going through your bank or CC company unless you really have no other option and you have good grounds for a refund.

NO, you didnt get it correct.
I am UNABLE TO PLAY the game, it is an unfinished product and because of its current state is unable to let me play it (unfinished product, product not as described, etc)
Its telling me I cannot play because Im not an admin, like thousands of others.
And to the other poster, Fraud? lol go back to law school (or start it)
I have completed the requirements by my bank to attempt to contact teh developer ( Bioware) who has seen fit in NOT returning emails, heping my case greatly.
As well as contacting the merchant (D2D), who (IN PRINT) recognizes the problem of
A. Bioware not contacting me
B. No official word for one working week ( thats five days )
C. The product is not as described
fraud, lol,...you got that turned around fankid
