Who wanted to kill Sebastian after the Chantry blew up?

Sheesh, we get it , they died, get over it Sebastian. Then he has to keep asking me to kill Anders, " And what of Anders?'' " I swear I will return to Starkhaven and bring an army that will destroy him!" Wow, so the grand cleric, aka her oldness gets blown up and you threaten to loot the city? Now who's an extremist? May the maker send your ass to hell! Then he says he's going to kill Anders pesonally and that was the last straw. I've been sleeping with that dude for a year and he expects me to just kill him. No Sebastian, you should have died that day, trying to avenge your beloved Grand Cleric!

But what I wanted to do was slap him, and tell him he should've gone back to Starkhaven.

Will he fight with you if you side with the mages?
Yes, as long as Anders dies. Shouldn't be a big surprise to anyone. He felt the same way about the Flint mercenaries who killed his family.

I don't blame Sebastian for wanting revenge. I do blame him for acting like a child and threatening to make his army destroy a city full of innocent people because of the actions of one person. If I changed my mind on killing Anders and if it was an option I wouldn't hesitate to kill Sebastian. At least Anders did what he did with noble intentions, Sebastian is just looking for revenge on people who did nothing to him.
He sees Meredith walking away from the killer to kill the innocent, and Hawke not punishing the guilty party either. To him that reads as not caring that the Chantry (which was probably full of his friends and fellow clerics) was destroyed or that the Grand Cleric was murdered. At that point, he decides that they're all heretics. He's also trying to get you to change your mind with the only means he has at his disposal.

When have you ever played a game when the npcs took action instead of the PC, especially furtively? That's not how games work. It was up to Hawke. It's not the least bit foolish to expect you to take action, whatever your relationship. Anders killed what must have been hundreds as well as the Grand Cleric. 'Oh, well' isn't going to cut it for a friend of the people he killed.Ninja Mage wrote...
How is asking me to kill someone I care for suppose to change my mind. Sebastian is foolish. If he had wanted Anders dead, he should have said, " I'll take Anders to a safe place, you protect the mages hawke" But I guess Sebastian is too forthright to do something like that

Well, this game, if you refuse Anders's final request. That guy's the worst.
Oh, regarding the original question: Not really? Sebastian is boring, but understandable. I was all, "whatever, Sebastian, I had literally forgotten that you were a A Thing until this very moment and I don't care about your opinion, but I was already planning on murder-knifing Anders, so we cool."

Point taken about Anders, but that was a case of plot-crazy, not usual game mechanics.

Did he have the right to kill every man, woman and child in Kirkwall? Hell no. That makes what Anders did look like a black eye.
Further, he proved he absorbed absolutely nothing of what Elthina said about murdering people "for justice" still being murder. That we didn't get to at least call him on that, if not kill him in order to stop his insanity, is one of the things that irritated me most about the game.
