It seems that this is a fairly common issue, but the items that I should have unlocked for use with my Signature Edition of Dragon Age II are nowhere to be found in my game.

I have ensured that everything is correct with my EA account, my social.bioware account, and the information my 360 uses to log into the Dragon Age servers is correct. I have also verified that the content is registered to this account, and it is, I even tested to make sure with my Mass Effect 2 game - all of the content registered to this account still perfectly available in that gane. However, when I look under the Unlockables menu, and check the Special Deliveries chest in my home in Dragon Age II, my Signature Edition items are still missing.

Any help that can be rendered with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I forgot to mention in the original post, but not all of the items
are missing from my home and unlockables menu - the Far Cliffs of
Kirkwall and Lothering's Lament items are highlighted in the menu, shown
as registered to this account, and can be picked up from the Deliveries
chest. However, "Of Things Not Lost," my Signature Edition Rewards, the
Lion of Orlais, Fadeshear, and Boots of the Frozen Wastes only appear
on my Registered Game Content here at social.bioware. These items do not
appear for me in the game, nor are they available through the
Unlockables menu (they remained faded out, unlike Far Cliffs and Lament)

I have the items from the signature edition however The Exiled Prince has not unlocked for me, could you let me know if this is the case for you as well or if you have my problem in reverse (No items but The Exiled Prince works fine). I would create a new thread but I just wanted to confirm my problem is not just oversight on my part.

Thanks

Well, as I understand, The Exiled Prince (and Black Emporium) are actually DLC items. I have both downloaded, and they both work (I have the Prince in my quest log, and I've visited the Black Emporium many times already). When you load the game up, before loading a character, sign into the servers in-game, and check your Downloadable Content menu. If they are in there, but no quests for them are showing up in your log, then I'd maybe call EA and see if they can help. Otherwise, I'm sure Bioware will get to us in time, there are alot of people experiencing issues with their items.

Also, when you load a character up, make sure to check your Journal in the pause menu. In the Current Quests section, there are basically multiple drop-downs (I have RUmors, Main Plot, Companion, and Premium Content). Premium Content is where the quests for The Black Emporium and The Exiled Prince will show up. I do believe that as long as you have downloaded those addons, they show up even when you're escaping from Lothering at the beginning of the game.

I have entered my signature edition code and have everything except The Exiled Prince in my quest journal I started a new game just to confirm it was not some strange glitch from my previous playthrough.

In my previous playthrough I was able to visit the Black Emporium and use all of the rest of the signature edition unlockables it's only after finishing the game first time round and talking with a friend of mine did I notice that I was meant to have the Exiled Prince. It does not show up under my user entitlements either despite the rest of the content appearing there.

Thanks for the help but I guess mine is an isolated problem. Any further advice you can offer me before I create a new thread?

Nothing particularly helpful, though it does raise a question for me...I have access to only the two "books" in my game, and the two DLC items (Prince and Emporium) - however, the Emporium and Prince do not show up in my own Registered Content page here on social.bioware.

Does the Emporium show up for you here on social.bioware, or no? If so, I think I might have to call EA again and see if they still have incorrect information down for my sole EA account (I had this very same issue with my Mass Effect 2 Terminus Armor until I called them last time, not all of my ME 2 content showed up here, but now it does and I have access to it in-game)

No.. it seems the Emporium does not show up on my user entitlements screen nor does the Prince DLC although that is to be expected of the Prince seeing as I can't access it.

So your recommendation is calling EA and going from there? That's a shame I kind of hoped I could get it sorted online. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.

How was it sorted when you called them about Mass Effect if you don't mind me asking. Just so I have some idea of what I'm doing when I call.

How did you guys get your exiled prince download? I recieved an Xboxlive, 25 char code for black emporium which got me that. But the only other code I have is the 16 character signature edition code that you register here online. Is all you're supposed to need for the prince is the 16 SE code? Did the exiled prince show up in your xbox downloads for free? The only option I'm seeing is for the one that costs xbox points

Do you mean wait times, or how helpful the staff was? Waiting is kind of a day-by-day thing, when I called earlier the wait was only a couple of minutes.

As for how helpful, they are incredibly helpful when you call them (their online chat service apparently has a bit of a language barrier, over-the-phone does not). They were able to transfer around some information and apparently fix my issue with Mass Effect 2, but I am still unable to access my special Signature Edition content (the unlockable items, my DLC still works just fine).

The card in my game case that had the code for the Black Emporium had another serial code on the back that was labeled as "Dragon Age II The Exiled Prince Premium Content" - it is also a 25 character code.

Well, at least someone might get helped through the use of my thread XD. Still, anyone from Bioware that reads this thread, any help you can render to me concerning my missing unlockables would be -greatly- appreciated!

Not dead yet, just putting this comment out as a bit of a request to any Bioware admin for an update.
