Where would they be?
Or do they only move in during Act 3?

Merill moved in during act 2 for me, and when she wasn't in the alienage, I could find her upstairs in my house. Fenris it looks like doesn't move in untill act 3. As for the others..no idea.

But Isabela and Anders? Hm...
For me Anders isn't anywhere to be found, Bodahn talks like he's there, and my dog moved after the moving in question.

Fenris and Isabela don't move in. Anders won't show up in the house until act 3.
