So, since apparently this and Black Emporium had to be manually installed because they're bugged out and didn't show up in the available content menu, I didn't notice that they weren't present until I was already in Act 2.  So I installed them.  Black Emporium works fine, but Exiled Prince has problems. 

I went to Hightown as requested by the quest log for the Exiled Prince, got the cutscene in front of the Chantry, and now there's an exclamation mark above the Chanter's Board and there's nothing to interact with.  The quest log still says to go to the Chantry in Hightown, and there's a marker on the world map indicating the quest is active there.

So what's the deal?  Is this bugged?  Broken?

I had the same problem. I didn't get to install Exiled Prince until I was well into Act 2. I couldn't click on the Chanter's Board no matter how hard I tried, so I just ended up not-getting him. He shows up in Act 3 and joins you regardless.
