What percentage do they increase gold by?

Are they cumulative/multiplicative? 

Bottom line, are they worth it?

They seem to be cumulative and add a 5% percentage. They are definitely worth it if you stack them (you can also equip your companions with these runes).

did that on my second playthrough and it's defenetly woth it^^
kick off a new game and use the gold from The Far Kliffs of Kirkwall to get this start-up before anything else they basicly pay themselfs by the near end of act1
