So I have this side quest where you have to rescue some NPC from bandits on the wounded coast. So I go there, and there's no quest marker, but I found a little camp with a bandit leader who just... stands there... I can't interact with him, and I can't attack him. And he doesn't do anything to me... Bug?

Yes and Bioware knows they said in another thread that they are working on it maybe patch soon.

Do they also know that I can't trigger 'A Riviani Talisman' or a 'Questioning Beliefs quest for Isabela? I am trying to get 100percent completion, so I hope they fix these three errors soon

oh, out of the blue I was finally able to talk to Isabela, maybe I had an active quest open that for some reason prevented me from talking to her, but once I completed my companion quests for Anders and Sebastian I was able to do the two for isabela. So 'Who needs rescuing is my last quest in the whole game, except for 'The last Straw' which is a point of no return once you start it.
