@Throm: What platform and version are you using? "Enemy: Rank" appears to be functioning differently (at the moment) on different platforms depending on the current patch one has installed.

Hard to say does "attack" stop other tactics below to be used, but basicly it should. Because use of tactics is based does the "rule" and "action" become "true". Meaning if the rule is fulfilled and action can be made, that should allways mean end of tactics and apply the action. Because "attack" can be used pretty much allways, only rule is preventing it to happen.

You mean you need rule what would give you some time delay to reduse aggro?

I don't think you can do that well, unless you use some spell to create delay. Like checking the spells effects on enemy and then waste time while the effect is still on. Of cause other classes has talents what can also reduse aggro directly even from mage.

Example: Many spells and actions creates secondary control effect to enemies, you could maybe check it?

Enemy: Status  Slowed : Attack
Enemy: Status  BRITTLE : Attack
Enemy: Clustered at least three enemies: Fireball (20 second cool down)
Enemy: Any : Winter's Grasp (10 second Slow effect, 20 second cool down)
Enemy: Clustered at least three enemies: Chain Lightning

Example here: If no effect, it will cast fireball, what takes 20 second reload. Next would be Winter's Grasp, but that creates 10 second slow effect. So, Chain Lightning can't be cast for 10 second after the Winter's Graps. Of course if you happen to use "cold" staff, it could be funny, if it also create slow effect. *wink* Never ending staff attack.

This way you character is wasting time with base attack while there is sertain "effect" in battle field. That should prevent casting spells? How ever, I don't know why you would want this, because if you have firepower, why not just kill them?

Responding to the Attack command moving in the tactics thing...
Sometimes it moves. However, I think that it moves either when updating or editing tactics. It is quite possible for one to engage in battle, then go level up or edit and that's when it changes around. So it is quite possible that for the battle, the order was correct and thus mind blast triggered.
At least that has been my experience whenever the attack command moved around in the tree... everything went as originally created by me in battle but then when I leveled up and went to do some edits... it moved Attack to one position higher than last (where it was).

This is a few days old, but hopefully helpful.

Now to everyone else... is there a consensus as to whether or not the "Use current..." actually does compound assuming that the second condition checks current target rather than select a target?
I am on a PC, version 1.02 and would like to know. Thanx.
