I would like to know where if there is one a recipe for making lyrium and stamina potions?  Mainly I want lyrium one as anders go through lyrium like mad.

there aint none recipes for those... but on the other hand; did you ever loot in the middle of a combat? as soon as your pots drop below 9pieces, you are more likely gonna find those everywhere xD

Just as I tought I know they loot but anders eats them like mad and restoration potions only work if he is hit which I try my best to avoid.

your only bet is the restoration potion. 40% of mana/stam and 80% health. i personally bought a bunch for the mages to use.
