On Morrigan's dialogue page on wiki, it says you can interrogate her about the personal quest she gives you. It says you can only do this "briefly" after getting the quest. So I follow the instructions and talk to her at the camp straight after she tells me to kill flemeth and the option is not there. There should be a "Are you sure you want your mother dead?" line available. Can you actually get this conversation? And if so HOW do you get it?
