After I've beaten the game with my mage, I picked up a female rogue to try and replay it as a heartless b*** who would hit Anders in the head every time he talks about BIG JUSTICE, but I suddenly felt a strange exhaustion and dissafection from just a thought that I would need to battle those repetitive encounters again. All over nine thousand, or how many there are.. i coul't bear the idea that I would see dozens of people jumping from the rooftops on my party.. again.. and again.. and..
And that's kinda strange, cause DA:O had some encounters you would do with teeth clenched (like Fade), but I still beaten it about 4 times (two for the mage, human noble and dalish lass). But with DA2, I feel it would be one big encounter like that.
So, will you replay DA2? Or did you already? Does it actually have a replay value at all?
Will you replay this game?

I sure hope I will. It wouldn't be a BioWare game if it weren't replayable, after all.

First time I played i chose to be diplomatic and try to solve some of the problems that way and it was blind playthrough so I didn't know what was going to happen. Second time I played I did a lot of things differently. I'm on a third playthrough now (I plan to try romancing each LI so thats at least 5 run throughs if I can stand Janders for a full romance).
Since I played DAO at least 20 times (not an exaggeration, yes, I really do not have a life) I never get bored.
Except in the Deep Roads. Good god I'd rather stick my head in the car door and slam it a few times than suffer through Snorzammar and the Deep Roads again.

I've beaten the game with a two-handed warrior, but I two feel exhausted from the repetitive fights and maps. Maybe in a couple days I may try again.

Honestly, I struggled going through it once - don't want to put myself through it again.

because of the shorter story and no more tools it will have less re-playability.

I don't think I will.

I have to say I honestly tried to replay it, but after screwing up Isabella's romance (there was a romance breaking option that wasn't labeled properly... I mean COMON only 3 or 4 conversation options in the whole freaking romance and they don't even label them properly?) and not realizing it for another couple hours of gameplay--not to mention all the small/recycled environments--I just didn't have enough motivation to finish it.
Its been said before but this game needed another year of development. There just wasn't enough content. It felt like a hollowed out shell after playing for awhile.
Feel really bad about it too.. just because I wanted to love this game SO BADLY.

I want to play it again really bad, but I want a major patch first. I want to know that quests, and achievements wont glitch again on a second playthrough, and im also holding out for the slight chance of auto-attack being put in.

Yeah, what is the romance breaking option with Isabela?, cuz I had it going with her, but then it just kind of stopped. I switched over to Merril, but it was more by accident.

I played through it twice (warrior and rogue). The second time it just started to feel old to me, and I had to force myself to finish. I will replay it again as a mage, maybe in a month or two.

(mild spoiler)
There is an option after sleeping with her to either 1. Say it was for fun. 2. talk about your feelings.
These were not labeled properly, and you need push on talking about her feelings. Annoying since the logical way to go with her personality is to keep it casual and then let it develop further over time.... but nope. Breaks it right there.
(another mild spoiler)
Oh, but if you started with her the ending is actually broken so Varric will always say you stayed with the person you took romance options with first, no matter how far you took those romances.

I hope i will but i might end up just like the op. Act 2 was exciting but act 3 is loosing me quickly. I'll probably keep playing it until a new major release. I don't think i'll get into the DLC with this one. Eagerly waiting for Arrival.

Doing so right now actually. As a warrior....again! So I have at least two more play throughs as a mage and rogue coming up.

Already am. I did a play through as a warrior, but missed a couple of the big quests, so I started both rogue and mage campaigns.
