Is there a full quest listing anywhere? I just completed my first playthrough and a lot of things seemed... unfinished and I feel like I missed a lot. It only took 30 hours to beat it and it seemed like it should have been longer.

After reading some of the Wiki sight I see that there were a lot of quests that I must have missed. Such as I understand it that every character has a Questioning Beliefs quest, but only Anders' showed up for me, but it was bugged out and he gave me the regular one liner when I talked to him and never would start it. 

Merrill's quest was bugged as well, I went to her and she was crying about someone dying before the quest even started and I had no idea what she was on about until I went and the Keeper died later. I was highly confused. And I didn't get any other questioning beliefs' quests with anyone but Anders. My main party was Varrick, Merrill, and Anders. I romanced Merrill.

So, is there somewhere a guide that will show how to get all of the quests so I won't miss anything? I'm doing a new playthrough and I want to do every single quest in the game, if possible.
