Hi. I've encountered the graphics glitch in the Wounded Coast today so I'd like to report it.

Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition + most of the extras unlocked + The Exiled Prince + The Black Emporium;
I play off the Hard Drive;
Xbox 360 SLIM 250 GB;
I use the USB Stick for my saves;

I'm on the Act I.

I came here to do one quest from the Exiled Prince DLC ('The Duty').
The graphics glitch appears right at the beginning of the Wounded Coast.
