Hi,  could anyone explain how +3 physical damage runes work in regard to dual wield? Does it only effect the weapon with the rune equiped? or is it +3 damage applied to both weapons? Also is this active during abilitys such as backstab?

I ask because im trying to decide which I should main hand, 13 base +3phys rune, or 15 base damage. Probably insignificant at this level but I would like to know how this works for later on.
