I was wondering after I saw various 'Gather your Party' things in random places in Kirkwall such as the Docks, and Sundermount (If I remember right, anyways...)

So I began to wonder if there is a secret companion in this game?

Because I really hope there is.

I think those are just there because there's no party screen you can access directly at any point in the game, so they make one available in every area that requires a loading screen to go through (save mines/caves etc...)

But I also haven't beaten it yet so I can't answer the secret companion thing with 100% certainty.

Closest you get is one of the twins rejoining the party for the tail end of the game.
