is bioware addressing the serious issue of the bug in dragon age II which renders the game UNPLAYABLE. I am referring to the bug where the main character goes into slow motion during fight scenes. The main character continues to become slower & slower till it is totally unplayable. I am staggered that a company such as Bioware has release this game with such a serious mistake as this. Bioware should at the very least post an immediate statement on all forums to at the very least acknowledge this major bug & advise they are making all efforts to arrange a fix/patch etc...
You're 1. asking in the wrong thread and 2. Not looking hard enough at the right threads and at bugs that have been acknowledged. This issue appears to be connected to friendship bonuses (from Isabela and/or Sebas) stacking improperly/being removed improperly. There are several threads related to this, and BW has acknowledged the issue. As for me, I'm playing DAL while waiting for a patch...good luck.

I started playing it, and it says I've unlocked items, entered the e-mail and everything, but when I log into the game, no items. E-mail isn't the issue, as the facebook/EA/Bioware E-mail are the same.
Any help is appreciated.

The e-mail being the same isn't actually necessary. I refuse to join that place called Facebook. I have a friend who doesn't use his FB account anymore. So I borrowed his to play the game. His e-mail on FB is still his e-mail and not mine. It just had to be linked so did you link it when you first started playing Legends?
Look at your registered game content page too. If it's there then you will need to go into DA2 and make sure you are logged in through the game at least once after unlocking an item.

linked how? I don't have a fb account and don't plan to either, my dad has fb and if I can get the items that way I'll use his account to play the game.

This is where I seem to have a problem though, that or I'm blind. It only seems to register for a Xbox or Ps3, my version is PC, and nothing seems to happen when I enter the information to link the accounts.
Sigh.....back to the drawing board. XD

The Link option is in a menu on the top of the game, go to Dragon Age 2 Unlocks.

I would tell you to contact support since it didn't unlock the items for all 3. Mine did for all 3 each time. I got both 360 and PC but when I first unlocked any, I didn't have the PC one yet. But it unlocked the items for all 3 platforms. Since they unlocked for the 360 and PS3, you seem to have it set up properly but must be a glitch in their system.

Well you see darlings, this is what happens when a good game developer thinks it's an OK idea to merge with a large corporation like EA. Now that EA has its fat sausage fingers all over everything, we can expect to see poorly designed and tunnel visioned games (DA2) complete with plenty of cash shops (DLC/DA:L) to add-on to what SHOULD have been included WITH the game at the $60 price. You paid $60 for half a game, and now you're going to pay who knows how much for the other half by purchasing DLC and whatever bull**** DA:L has to offer.

once I get the other 3 unlocked the 'only' dlc items I'll be missing(until more are released) are the issac armor(not got dead space 2), the pre-order bonus for ordering from best buy, pre-order for bonus for buying from the bioware store or the exra item for when you spend $15 or more at the store that does the replica wepons(can't remember the name of the top of my head).
btw how long is legends?.
edit: make that 3 out of 5 items as I got another for completing a quest, so 2 left.

They will appear in a chest in your house (mansion if act 2 or 3, Gamlen's house if you are in act 1). All you have to do is log in through the game to sync up with it. You don't have to start a new playthrough to get the Legends items.

sorry should have said I've completed my first play through, took ~50hours as a mage. now should I do th 2nd play through as a rouge or warrior? still have 11 achivements to unlock.

IMO, Rogue. But it's just my opinion. I just don't like warrior in this game as much as the other two but in DAO it was my favorite so go figure.

Have played twice - as Rogue & Mage, like rogue better, imo...opening chest, disarming traps=more XP.
Had bugs in game all this time, never fixed with patches. Still doesn't recognize that I completed the game, AND all the subsequent dlc, so it makes the standard crap plot up as default. That kinda sucked, but as there was so much, ummmm, unimpressing other things in the game, I just figured, who cares, and played what I could........
Gotta admit, got a lotta items pre-ordering, buying signature edition and Ser Isaac armor from DS2....
Wait 2-3 more months, cheat codes will come out and you can use those to get items, if ya want.....

how do you earn crowns without having to pay real money for them? finding that the recruits I can use after a bit start showing the timer and can only be called with the horn and that requires crown, so I eith wait upto 2hrs or go it alone and get killed.

That´s the same as already existed in the past, when we buy boxes with expansions to main games, like Neverwinter Nights or Dungeon Siege. Before that companies developed hole new games, with different story and items. It is so much more expensive to do that, I work at software development, and it costs so much.
So it´s a good change of direction, and the way we see the games. Maybe what we have recently it´s not perfect, or far to of that, but I think it´s like fresh air.
And in fact, we don't have to buy theses DLC. If we want it we just play the hole original game, as we always did it. Unfortunatelly, development companies put money developing those DLC, so it´s fair that they sell it at fair prices. I think the prices are fair enough.
There is also the fact that these are Official DLC, developed by EA/Bioware. Other developers could make content, like happened with Baldur´s Gate and put it available free of charge. I think even using the Design Tool available for download at the DA site, I don't use it so I can't say it.
I agreed with the fact that EA has a history to produce bad games, and ruin good companies, in exchange for money. But I think DA was well executed. I'm playing both DA for PC and Legends and they are among the best games I´ve ever played, even the graphics of DA: O are not so perfect like Mass Effect. I don´t play graphics.
Let´s hope Bioware continues to produce good games.
