Bioware, I have enjoyed your games since Knights of the Old Republic. I was enchanted with Mass Effect. Mass Effect 2 came along and the
text was too small. I voiced my concern and irritation, but dealt with it. When
I heard Dragon Age 2 was coming out, I was sure this issue would be resolved.
To my surprise, the text was smaller! Having to be very close to the TV in order to read takes away from the enjoyment of the game. You may be catering to people with HDTVs, but you are
assuming those with an HDTV have decent eyesight. Please fix the text size. If
not, you will lose a customer.

Text is unreadable on a non hdtv also affects settings bars and other kind of odd things. scaling does not seem to work on older televisions.

Not Just for SDTVs. The font is hard to read on HDTVs because it is so small. Why hasn't Bioware addressed this issue? It has been a complaint not just for DA2 but also with ME2. That is why they should fix the size. If not, I'm done with their products.

Text seems fine to me on my 32" HDTV, If I play it on a SDTV then I have a really hard time reading the text and washed out colours

So why don't they cater to SDTV owners? The technology may be outdated, but that doesn't mean that they don't have a customer base that uses SDTVs.

I have this problem as well and my tv is not tiny either but...I can't play without wearing my glasses and I can still barely read it. Even if they don't want to cater to SDTV owners, they should have a changeable font size for an accessibility issue.

I agree with the text being to small, I have a small HDTV(like 20 inch or so) and the text is awful. Even on my bigger HDTV it's still small.
The thing that gets me the most is the subtitles are in the exact same location as they are in Origins. I see no reason as to why the change was ever implemented in the first place. And loading screens, I hope they don't say anything important because those are just a pretty picture to me.

How do I get in contact with Bioware? I've been looking for e-mail links and phone numbers, but all I've come across is a technical support e-mail address. In order for Bioware to take an issue seriously, they need to know about it first.
If anyone knows, please post. I will continually follow up on this issue because it needs to be resolved.

I also would like to voice my disapproval as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Allow us to AT LEAST have the ability choose a font size! I don't even care if it means I have to have 10 hours less of game content to get it done! Just do it!

If you find the font size too small, continue to post and look for e-mail and phone numbers of bioware. I've been looking and I've only come up with one so far.
