Can someone inform me as to what this means? Does this mean you can't go through their romances and scenes, or does it just mean you can't get the trophy?

Cuz if it's the former, maybe a playthrough without romance would be best until a patch comes out.

Well forget about romancing Isabela. Just found out about the nasty slow-motion glitch she causes. Yikes.
