for instance I have one that gives me +120% attacking people not looking at me, then I also have one that is auto-crit from stealth.

if I hit someone who isn't looking at me and I'm stealthed does it stack the damage?

I've been getting all my rogues a couple points into the stealth tree and scoundrel. am I losing out by putting points into multiple trees?

another example would be bianca's song and speed and haste, do they stack?

As far as I know or have been able to tell, they all stack.

You're referring to two different bonuses however in your example.

Ambush is the 100% crit from stealth. Means just that. First attack from stealth is auto-crit (useful for assassination).

The 120% thing (Blindside) is a straight damage increase. Which in turn means greater crits. It has nothing to do with crit percentage.

The stacking part is the talents that work together for the same increase.

For example Disorientating Criticals (Shadow Tree) stacks with Devious Harm (Assassin) which in turn stacks with your Cunning Score. Those are the only two I can think of that modify the crit amount. The rest just determine when and how you crit. There are some repetitive ones, like I think Ambush is generally a waste when you have Predator.
