So several players including me have determined the reason why some of us have extremely sluggish attack speeds(that is, no debuffs or other status effects on us) is because of Isabela's passive ability when you create a friendship with her. Each time you take her out of your party, it permanently decreases your attack speed by 5%.
Can anyone confirm this? And if so, is there a chance a fix would be in the next patch?
Caution: Isabela leads to permanently decreased attack speed.

Isn't this a Known Issue? It should be sticked or something so people are warned. I would have wasted a lot of hours if I hadn't been restarting these past few days.

Ah, well, splendid. Hopefully a fix comes soon. Judging by Bioware's response in that thread, I'm optimistic.

I have the same problem with my DA2 main character for the PS3. Like Roas stated it seems to be a problem with the passive ability granted by establishing Isabela's friendship. Apparently Sabastion's friendship can have a similar effect.
