What is the status of the Warden? We are told by Alistair that they are either returning to Denerim or something else if you ended up marrying him. Only for Leliana to say, "Ohhh! They vanished!"
So which is it? Did the Warden fall prey to direbunnies en route to Denerim? Is this a huge oversight in the writing? Or is this an error in the save import?

There is a 9 year gap between them returning to Denerim and the Warden vanishing. 8 if you count Awakening as a year.

Alistair and the ending are some time apart for a change of status to occur.

Can you prove that for certin? they use the term "Warden" interchangeably.

They actually only use Warden when referring to the Warden-Commander from Awakening. They use Hero of Ferelden when it's relevant to Origins events.kylecouch wrote...
