Here are a few things that I've noted during my playthrough as a male rogue:

• I was able to maintain a romance with both Merrill and Isabela, and both kissed me at the end of the game. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty awesome, but I don't think it's supposed to work that way.
• I used a Maker's Sigh potion to respec my character, but later had access to the abilities I had chosen prior to the potion and those I selected after using it. I therefore had access to all three specializations. Again, it was pretty awesome, but I don't think it's supposed to work that way.
• With Panacea active, Anders had access to some offensive capabilities, like winters' grasp and crushing prison. Others, like Deep Freeze, were unavailable like they were supposed to be.
