I'm not sure if this has been reported but when you rez someone with regroup any buffs that maybe applied to the group do not come back on them no matter what unless you recast the buff. So lets say elemental weapons that will not come back on to the person who was just rezzed. Same with heroic aura, thats all i've noticed so far but i'm pretty sure it will be that way with any group buff.
