first off, i am past the expedition and back in the city.

one: i downloaded 'the exiled prince', but nothing ever popped up. am i too far along to recruit him? i take it that i am.

two: i never even encountered fenris. i am a mage, btw. how did i miss him?

1) I think you can only get Sebastian if you do his quest in Act 1.
2) You get the quest from a letter in the your home in Lowtown I think after competing A Business Discussion with Varric. Then you just need to meet up with the merchant guy at night in Lowtown.
