Nothing against the guy. I mean, I'm sure he's good at his job, but having a kid (relatively speaking) leading the development team for one of the most ambitious (perhaps even foolhardy) projects that the gaming industry has seen in a long while just doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in BioWare's ability to be ultimately successful with said project.

Who knows? Maybe a younger guy is just who BioWare needs to lead this development team. Afterall, there's no way he could do any worse than the yahoo's at SOE. Having played Star Wars Galaxies from Jan. 2006 to Feb. 2010, I say that with the utmost certainty.

Edited to add: maybe he's a fellow SWG subscriber (current or otherwise), and saw firsthand how badly SOE and Julio Torres ran it into the ground.

I was like "no way thats fake that bro can't actually be a senior anything." I watched the video to make sure and sure enough. I'm glad i was never excited about ToR.
