Yarr. That scene was excellent, I especially loved the part where amidst the fight Duncan has this desperate look and gazes to the tower, seeing that the flame burns but nobody is coming. And then he realizes that they will not come at all.

True. There was probably more emotion in this brief look than in the entire DA2.

Yep. This may sound strange, but I thought they did that single gaze so extremely well and powerful. The camera enters a bit of slow motion and everything is a bit blurry, and the camera even shakes a bit while the lovely DA:O
music plays. For me it at least did the "This game is going to be friggin' epic" feeling on my first playthrough.

Corrected, thanks! I had assumed Kirby wrote Isabella from her "crazy up against the wall sex" comments about the character. Sorry Mary!
