No idea. They all look the same which says something if that screen is indeed from Fable 3 since Fable 3's artstyle is fantasy and cartoonish and people claim The Witcher 2 has realistic graphics. Too me, a game is not made by graphics but if people go into W2 thinking it has great graphics, I'll think they'll be disappointed if those screens up there are the actual graphics.

You do realize that those are just screencaps of youtube video, don't you? Besides they have those pretty big letters there, spelling "pre beta version". Youtube has some gameplay videos of TW2, and well the graphics indeed look promising.
