Your Final Fantasy Fan art is pretty good. No Idea why Bioware hired Cloud away from FF7 to be in DA2. Odd.

I just recently begun to play BG2 (never played the first one) and I cannot understand what is that gerbil fetish of his? Boo this, Boo that!

Though he is a pretty decent character :D

I wonder why the chaotic/neutral/lawful and good/neutral/evil system has been abandoned. The system seems rather cool, in terms of roleplay (at least so far).
And does anyone know how I can enable/create tooltips? Without going to the actual menus I can't see any tooltips, and it makes combat really hard. And would be nice if I could play with a bigger resolution than the default :?

Well, turns out that I'm happy to help you on the path to enlightenment.

I'm not sure if it says it in the character sheet profile (if you were to bring up Minsc's character menu, I *think* there's a profile button with his backstory on it.) however, at some point during the course of Minsc's adventures he had some head trauma (thus his low Int stat). Soon after that he came across Boo, a miniature giant space hamster, that "speaks" to Minsc and he's the only one that seems to understand him. So while Minsc is happy to do the "butt-kicking", Boo is the brains behind the operation, so to speak.

Bonus trivia - Did you ever buy the hamster cage for your cabin in ME2 and click on it? Read the text, now that you've played BG2. It should make plenty of sense now.

As to your other question, my theory is when Bioware lost the rights to do D&D stuff (I think it happened when the liscense went from TSR to Wizards of the Coast), they couldn't do D&D type things with alignments. So, with the "spiritual successor" of DA:O, you got the morally grey choices that you pretty much were whatever alignment you wanted to play as. Or, the Paragon/Renegade system that the ME series offers.

Anyways, hope you enjoy BG2. Between the game itself (plus the Throne of Bhaal expansion pack) you'll be busy for a while. Also, do check out the mod communities like Pocket Plane, they're still pretty active to this day.

Thank you.

This is all I've learned in art school.

Since there are no genlocks or sharlocks in DA2 to my knowledge, I guess this is the last one :)

I was wondering where Jack's Leather strap went.

ROLF

Thats too much. And I just realized that in ME2 weaves come out of rooms, even if not accessibly to the player... makes you wonder what were they thinking when they came up with such spawning system...
